I want to thank RFC and staff for all you do in making a difference in the lives of boys and young men. I really believe you are doing your best to develop positive role models and young men that can and will make a difference. My son Aman knows that all the RFC staff really care about him and his future as a football player, as a leader, and as a person. I want to thank RFC for the efforts made by your staff to teach my son the fundamentals of football. Akshat joined RFC FA in 2019. Being very young, we were unsure about enrolling him in the residential program, but his eagerness convinced us to give it a try. When he came home for his first break, we noticed positive changes—he was more confident, disciplined, and self-aware. Even during vacation, he watched his diet and exercised without reminders. Our friends noticed the difference too.

The RFC management has been incredibly supportive. Our queries were answered—even at 10 pm! Nikhil and Derick Sir patiently guided us through every step. Their constant reassurance made a big difference. We’re truly grateful for RFC’s role in shaping Akshat. He’s more excited than ever for the coming session.

Leaving a child at a residential academy is never easy, but RFC quickly eased our concerns. One year in, I can say with confidence that they’ve delivered on their promises. Srijan has grown under expert coaching and benefited from team learning.

His academics haven’t suffered—he scored 85% and ranked 3rd in class. The facilities, from diet to healthcare, are well-managed, and the hostel staff is caring. RFC is continuously improving, and I truly believe it’s on its way to becoming one of India’s top football academies.
