The Rebels Pathway
Stage 1: Foundation (U13-U14)
Build fundamental skills, develop good habits, and begin understanding the demands of serious football. Exposure through local tournaments and academy matches.
Stage 2: Development (U15-U16)
Position-specific training intensifies. Players participate in state-level competitions. First evaluations for pathway eligibility to higher levels.
Stage 3: Elite Preparation (U17-U19)
National level tournaments, youth league participation, and trial opportunities with professional clubs. Video portfolios created for scouting purposes.
Stage 4: Professional Transition (U21+)
Organized trials with ISL clubs, I-League teams, and international partner clubs including Internacional de Las Palmas in Spain. Full professional preparation including contract negotiation guidance.

Pathway Questions Answered
1. When can my child access the Spain pathway?
Players become eligible after completing at least 12 months in our residential or intensive programs (21-day or 300-day). We assess readiness based on technical ability, physical development, maturity, and academic standing. Most Spain opportunities are for U17+ players.
2. What if my child isn't selected for international trials?
Not every player will go to Europe, and that’s okay. We have strong domestic pathways including ISL academies, I-League clubs, state teams, and university football programs. Our goal is finding the right pathway for each individual player.
3. How do you support players who don't make it professionally?
This is why we emphasize education alongside football. Players develop life skills, academic qualifications, and character that serve them in any career. Many of our graduates play amateur football while pursuing successful careers in other fields.
4. How transparent are you about my child's pathway progress?
Completely transparent. You’ll receive quarterly reports with technical assessments, pathway readiness evaluations, and honest feedback about realistic timelines. We believe in managing expectations honestly rather than selling false hope.
