        1. Wall Pass Drill (Solo First Touch Mastery)

        • What it trains: First touch, reaction time, ball cushioning.
        • How to do it: Kick the ball against a wall and control the rebound using different parts of your foot; instep, sole, inside.
        • Level-up tip: Alternate between your dominant and non-dominant foot.

        2. Cone Dribble Maze

        • What it trains: Dribbling for beginners, tight space control, foot coordination.
        • How to do it: Set up 5–7 cones in a zigzag. Dribble through using soft, controlled touches with the inside and outside of your feet.
        • Level-up tip: Add a time limit or use only one foot to challenge yourself.

        3. Ball Tap Pyramid

        • What it trains: Rhythm, ball familiarity, foot-eye coordination.
        • How to do it: Start with 10 taps on the ball using the top of your foot (alternating feet). Then increase to 20, 30, and so on.
        • Level-up tip: Close your eyes for a few taps to train instinct and balance.

        4. Push-Pull Drill

        • What it trains: Sole control, tight touches, balance.
        • How to do it: Roll the ball forward with the sole of your foot and pull it back. Repeat in rhythm.
        • Level-up tip: Move sideways while doing this drill to mimic match conditions.
